Who provides the service

Fotelier is operated by Webskill s. r. o., Haburská 16, 821 01 Bratislava, Slovenská republika.

What you are ordering

Fotelier turns the photos you upload into studio-style portraits using artificial intelligence. Faces, expressions and poses are not changed — the setting, light and clothing are.

Before paying you receive one free preview so you can see what the result looks like.

Paying for a package gives you credits. One credit means one photo in one style, in high resolution, without a watermark and ready to download.

This is a one-time purchase. It is not a subscription and nothing renews automatically.

Prices and payment

Package prices are listed on the Pricing page in euros, including applicable tax.

Payments are handled by the Stripe payment gateway. Your card details never reach us.

A payment receipt is sent to you by e-mail.

Delivery

Portraits are usually created within a few minutes of payment. We make them available in your gallery and notify you by e-mail.

Download your photos promptly — we keep them in the gallery for 90 days from the last activity.

When the result is not right

If a result does not preserve the likeness of the people in the photo, tell us — we will regenerate it or refund you.

Every photo includes two regenerations at no extra cost.

Write to atelier@fotelier.sk and we will respond within 30 days at the latest.

Withdrawal from the contract

This is digital content that begins to be created immediately after payment. Under consumer distance-selling law, the right to withdraw within 14 days therefore ends once generation begins. You confirm this when placing your order.

This does not affect your right to complain about a result that does not match what we promised — see the section above.

What we need from you

You may upload only photos you hold the rights to. If they show children, you must be their legal guardian; if they show other adults, you must have their consent.

You may not use the service to create content that is unlawful, harms others, or depicts anyone without their knowledge and consent.

If these rules are broken, we may restrict or close the account.

Rights to the photos

The photos you upload remain yours. We claim no rights beyond what we need to create the portraits you ordered.

The portraits created are yours — you may print, share and give them away, privately and commercially.

Liability

We provide the service with professional care, but the result is created by artificial intelligence and may differ from expectations. That is why we offer a free preview, regeneration and refunds.

We are not liable for outages caused by third parties, nor for damages exceeding the amount you paid for your order.

Disputes

Matters not covered by these terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic.

If you are a consumer and are not satisfied with how your complaint was handled, you may turn to an alternative dispute resolution body — such as the Slovak Trade Inspection — or use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
